Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase and a shipping confirmation email when tracking information becomes available.

United Kingdom delivery

We currently offer free standard delivery to customers in the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery time:

7–12 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather, customs processing or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will send the tracking details to the email address provided during checkout. Tracking information may take a few business days to update after dispatch.

Some orders may be delivered by local delivery partners.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible at cozytechroom@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.

We are not responsible for orders delivered incorrectly because of inaccurate or incomplete information provided during checkout.

Delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please check your tracking information and contact us at cozytechroom@gmail.com.

We will investigate the delivery with the relevant carrier or fulfilment partner.

Lost or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or appears to have been lost in transit, contact us at cozytechroom@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging, when applicable

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate solution.

Customs and import charges

Prices and applicable charges are presented during checkout. Customers will be informed during checkout if any additional payment is required.
